Advisor Intake

WIREFRAMES // UX/UI DESIGN // BRAND DESIGN // WEB DESIGN

I worked as the principal designer of Advisor Intake, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to define the goals and workflows of the product. The sample screens below include solutions to a few different iterations of the project. My process included defining user roles, wireframing, UI/UX design as well as branding, and web design. Advisor Intake is a SaaS company offering a streamlined approach for financial advisors to intake new clients and manage their progress through their financial journey.

As well as making the client intake as streamlined as possible, Advisor Intake wanted to focus on the overwhelming roster of the Advisor. So we created a dashboard that helped the advisor or their assistant quickly assess where a client was in their process. Have they just been recruited, have they started their client assessment, have they been stuck at the same section for days or weeks, are they ready to review with the advisor? All scenarios the advisor could check on in real-time without having to schedule a phone call and let the client know they’re being taken care of.

The advisor could also manage their team members, view all clients, and customize the metrics that benefit their business most.

My work on Advisor Intake was from idea to launched beta product along with three developers and two stakeholders. My development team and I talked through all scenarios from the advisor and the client roles. Sometimes our ideas were whiteboarded in the room and other times I handled all notation and flows during meetings, especially when meeting with stakeholders and better understanding pain points of users and business objectives. Below are various screens through part of that process, showing detailed, yet at times messy notes, that were later translated into wireframes, prototypes, or mockups.
