I joined Metova as the company's first in-house designer and built the UX/UI design practice from the ground up, eventually growing the team to three designers. Over several years, I worked across a wide range of products, from established platforms like Dropbox, eHarmony, Slacker Radio, and Yelp, to ground-up builds like Yale Real Living's mobile keyless entry app and eRounds, a physician collaboration platform.

Beyond design itself, I ran my own client meetings, managed projects across multiple concurrent teams, and regularly presented directly to stakeholders and clients, working closely with developers across each product to bring designs to life.
