I helped a leading manufacturer of medical devices discover a better user experience for their software of lab equipment. My objective was to design a prototype of an owner’s portal for the consumer of the clients medical devices, allow customized branding for products, display analysis, and increase customer loyalty while increasing the level of customer service for testing, development, and automation of performance management software. *All personal branding has been removed from this project per request of the client. Roche logo is fpo as a similar brand example.
