DropinHQ is a scheduling and enrollment platform for drop-in childcare facilities. The project involved two distinct scopes: designing a landing page to communicate product features, screenshots, and pricing in a way that made signing up frictionless for childcare providers, teachers, and parents; and conducting initial UX discovery for the full app, mapping business goals, user interactions, pain points, and feature opportunities through stakeholder interviews and wireframing.

The visual direction was intentionally kept simple and light, with a nod to primary colors to reflect the product's audience, while the UX work laid the foundation for scheduling, enrollment, check-in, student files, and reminder workflows.
