The sample screens below include solutions to a few different iterations of the project. My process included defining user roles, wireframing, UX/UI design. My objective was to create a prototype to show an owner’s portal for consumers of the client’s medical devices. The experience provided a way for the clients to see their owners’ portal customized to include their branding and their products. This prototype helped Compuware do a comparative analysis between the prototype and their portal for General Motors, to show the client how implementing an owner’s portal would increase customer loyalty while increasing the level of customer service.
